Pre-Party Prep

The final push before your guests step through the door. We arrive before the event starts to take the stress off your setup. We assist with setting up tables, chairs, and linens, organizing bar and beverage stations, arranging food platters, and placing your prepared items or decorations according to your layout.

On-Floor Hospitality

Seamless support while the party is in full swing. Once your guests arrive, we keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. We keep food platters refreshed, monitor beverage and ice stations, clear empty plates and glassware, wipe down counters, and attend to host duties so you never have to leave the conversation.

The Extra Run

Emergency supply runs so your party never misses a beat. Realized mid-party that you’re running low on ice, cups, or extra mixers? Don’t abandon your guests to go on a store run. We’ll step out for quick local errands to pick up forgotten supplies so the celebration continues without interruption.

Post-Party Wrap-Up

Walk into a clean kitchen before the night ends. The party is over—and your work is done. We package up leftovers, scrape and wash dishes, clear all party areas, empty the trash, and restore your kitchen and event spaces to spotless condition.
